1600x900, 32xAA forced with nhancer (the game was mostly playable with this setting; I'd use half that if I weren't taking photos), max settings. Turn the weapon's visual off by typing "showweapon 0" into the console, and make the hud small (but not invisible) by typing "hudsize 0."
